ONLINE REGISTRATION (IRK)

Every candidate to the Second-Cycle Studies:

  • Selects the REGISTRATION option and expresses his consent to personal data processing. If the ‘I DON’T AGREE’ option is selected, the registration in the system will not be allowed.
  • Creates his personal registration account (account’s ID is one’s personal identity number (PESEL) or –in the case of foreign nationals – an eleven-digit number generated by the IRK system). The account is the only method in which information is transferred to the candidates. This means that all messages sent to the personal account of a given candidate are deemed delivered and binding;
  • Enters his access password. This is a crucial stage in the application process – the password should be stored safely for future use during the application process. As this is the sole method of authorisation of the system User, it shall not be disclosed to any third parties. UPH shall not be liable for any consequences of any such password disclosure, above all – for any changes in the texts authorised with the use of the password;
  • Completes the form with relevant data, as specified in the form;
  • Selects a document qualifying the candidate to pursue the studies –dyplomlicencjata (Undergraduate Diploma/Bachelor’s or equivalent), dyplominżyniera (an engineering degree or equivalent), dyplommagistra (Graduate Diploma/Master’s or equivalent);
  • Fills in the field of study completed and the Diploma grade awarded;
  • Anyone who does not know his Diploma number and date can register by leaving the field with Diploma number and date of issue blank (the missing data should be completed prior to the printing of the application for admission to a higher education institution, i.e. during the ‘submission of documents’ stage);
  • Enrols in a chosen field of study. Candidates may make changes to the selected study field until the end of registration (also if the admission fee has already been paid).

Online registration shall be deemed binding upon the candidate entering all required data, selecting the study field, paying the application fee, and upon reception of a bank’s confirmation of crediting the application fee in the UPH’s account.All consequences of any errors made when completing the online forms, failing to complete the forms, or submitting untrue information shall be borne by the candidate.

SELECTING THE FIELD OF STUDY

You can select your study field by clicking on the CATALOGUE option. When the field of study has been selected, a pop-up window including a detailed description and admission rules will appear. Registration for the selected field of study is done by selecting the ENROL option. You will be asked to confirm your choice by the system.
If no ENROL option appears, it means that you cannot register due to incomplete data submission.

FEES

  • Application fee – PLN 85. The final fee is calculated by the system subject to the enrolment options selected by the candidate.
  • Electronic Student ID Card (ELS) feePLN 17. There is a single fee only, irrespective of the number of selected study fields.

It is recommended that the fees are paid via systems ensuring the fastest money transfers, such as interbank settlements or online banking.
When the money is credited in the UPH account, the candidate will see confirmation in his personal registration account. If no confirmation is seen within 3 working days from the time the payment is made, the Selection Committee should be contacted by email: rekrutacja@uph.edu.pl

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

 Legalisation of diplomas of higher education is performed by an organisational unit of a higher education institution authorised to confer an academic degree of a doktor (doctor) in a given field of science or in a given field of art providing education in an area corresponding to the field of study completed abroad.

More details on the recognition of foreign education in Poland can be found at the website of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education.

Legalisation is a confirmation of a formal compliance of the document with the law of the country of issuance or the authenticity of the signatures and seals the document bears.

Legalisation of educational credentials is performed by a Polish consulate or educational authorities in the state, within the territory of which, or in the educational system of which, the Diploma was issued.

IMPORTANT: Legalisation cannot be performed when in Poland.
